How long does it take to obtain the Official WhatsApp API?
Obtaining WhatsApp API is divided into two steps:
- FB Business Manager Verification takes 2 to 14 days
- WhatsApp Business API Account creation takes 1-2 days
Can botbaba carry out the application process on my behalf?
Sure we can. We charge Flat 100 USD for completing the process on your behalf.
Can botbaba do the complete integration of this system with my Shopify store?
Yes, we can do this for you. Pricing will depend on your exact requirements. It starts from 100 USD onwards for a basic integration.
I can't find the botbaba app on the Shopify store.
Our public app (Shopify store app) is still under approval on Shopify. Right now the integration works via a Private App.
Is this WhatsApp's Official API?
Yes! botbaba.io uses WhatsApp’s Official API in cooperation with an Official WhatsApp solution provider to integrate your business with the most popular instant messaging app.
Does this solution only work with the WhatsApp Official API?
You can use our system with Unofficial WhatsApp APIs as well by using HTTP Requests. But Chatbot (2-way communication) won’t be available on that. You will be only able to send notifications to your customers using that.
Can the WhatsApp bot give order status to the customer if they inquire?
Yes, our Chatbots will be able to give that to the buyer. The Chatbot can be configured to fetch any data from your Shopify store.
